IC4YS was founded IN 2002 with a mission to provide direct services to the at-risk of youth of Fort Lauderdale, Lauderdale Lakes and Lauderhill of Broward County.

 IC4YS  is a publicly supported faith-based and grass root organization with the main purpose of reducing juvenile delinquency in Broward County , as well as exposing the disadvantaged population  and especially disabled students with positive outlets that allow them to enhance and /or create a stronger and more effective spirit, mind and body.
